Q: I just purchased a new membership, but I can not log in. What's wrong?
A: Sometimes ccbill account creation takes a second. Try again after a little. Make sure you have username and password spelled correctly. Check your confirmation e-mail, cut and paste, if in doubt. If everything fails, send me an e-mail to lycrapavel@usa.net with your subscription number and/or your username.

Q: Why am I suddenly being denied access?
A: I have a security mechanism on my site, that blocks your account, if misuse is detected. You will have to send me an e-mail to lycrapavel@usa.net with your current username to have your account enabled. Please DO NOT SHARE your password!

Q: Why am I being bounced to the "oops" page?
A: There could be several reasons for that. I will do the best to help you resolve any issues. You will have to send me an e-mail to lycrapavel@usa.net with your current username to have your account enabled. CCBILL will not be able to help you here.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: The best way is through support.ccbill.com or send me an e-mail with your subscription number and/or username. I prefer you do it on their website, as it is immediate and you get a confirmation right away. My pantyhose angels will miss showing off their pantyhose for you though!
